MyWorldWay Tour Inc. is a travel company organizing international tour programs. The company organizes travel programs in all countries, including North America, and provides in full all services committed within the scope of the announced programs.
The company does not issue visas and does not require visas. Visa-related services are provided solely as application support services for clients who have purchased tour packages from the company, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Scope of Services
For clients who purchase tour packages, the following services may be provided:

*Organization of international tour programs
The company is responsible for tour services at airports and is authorized to represent its clients during the tour period.
Official Procedures and Application Process
For official procedures to be conducted in North America, clients are required to submit the necessary documents in accordance with the customer service agreement.
For the 2026–2027 Tour Programs:

*Participation in tours becomes valid upon acceptance of all terms and conditions and completion of the required payments.

*All tour procedures are initiated upon payment made on behalf of the traveler.

Participation Requirements

1. Tour procedures shall begin with a passport valid for at least five (5) years.

2. North American visa procedures are carried out under the financial guarantee of the company.The company maintains a USD 100,000 security deposit in a bank

3. In the event that services cannot be utilized due to personal reasons during the tour process, the service fee shall be refunded in accordance with applicable financial regulations.

4. Visa processing time varies between 90 and 180 days on average.

5. Tours are limited to 100 participants. Tours will not commence until the required quota is reached.

6. Notarized documents may be requested from participants when deemed necessary during the tour procedures.

7. The purpose of any transfer of at least USD 20,000 made to the company account must be clearly declared.

8. Participants are required to submit their documents and bank transfer receipts via email, indicating the total amount transferred.
- 9. If our customer cancel the initiated transactions, only 50% of the money you deposited will be refunded.
